His most recent role was as Assistant Media Executive at Interspeed Advertising Ltd. Kazi Shila Sultana
Sr, Field Research Officer
Mrs. Sultana has expertise in designing and conducting social research applying Anthopac, Usenet , Networking, PRA, RRA, etc. in health-related activities. She is experienced in the field level community development program and experienced in working with GOB, NGOs and private partnership approach. She is closely working with SF in Reproductive Health, Body, Gender, Representation and Politics at HIV/AIDS issues. He is also experienced in conducting future search conferences and Local Level Planning meeting with different stakeholder groups. Ms. Sultana, prior to her joining in the Shusamaj Foundation she worked as a Research Officer at ICDDR, Bwere coordinated and conducted various studies related to health. She authored a good number of presentations and publications and participated in different seminars in country and abroad on health and anthropological issues. She holds the M.S.S. Anthropology, Jahangirnagar University, Savar, Dhaka in 1991.

Md. Atiur Rahman

Mr. Rahman has more than 12 years of experience of working with the private sector organizations and NGOs. He is experienced in and supervising data collection, checking and analysis, implement intervention activities in project areas, coordinate with sub-contractors and partner agencies, participate in dissemination activities and support the project team in monitoring, project oversight. Prior to his joining of SF, he was the Assistant program officer of Population Council. He hold the MA in Population and Reproductive Health Research from the Institute for Population and Social Research (IPSR), Mahidol University, Thailand

Mohammed Amin Farhad

Mr. Mohammed Amin Farhad obtains his M. Sc in Physics with Electronics, Chittagong University, Bangladesh, 1994 also M. Sc degree in Computer Science, IBAIS University, Dhaka Bangladesh 2007, and B. Sc in Physics with Electronics, Chittagong University, Bangladesh, 1983, Diploma in Computer (Hardware & Troubleshooting), Institute of Electronics & Computer, Dhaka 1993, Diploma in Computer Science, Al-Amin Computer, Dhaka, 1990. He has over 28 years of experience in the different development projects in several countries on project implementation, focusing in MIS and training Specialist, IT Consultant, Computer System Analyst and Team Leader, System Analyst and Hardware Engineer Computer Programmer and Hardware Engineer at various levels. He has a lot of training experience in Computer Hardware and Software. Training on Software were MS Word, MS Excell, Oracle 8i back end (like SQL, SQL*+, PL/SQL), Oracle Front end (Like Developer 2000), MS SQL Server, RDBMS, MS Access, Microsoft Office XP, Visual studio programming, Shell Programming of UNIX and LINUX, FoxBASE+ for UNIX, FrontPage, HTML, Flash, AutoCAD 200, and also Power Builder, Designer 2000, MS Net/Internet and GIS Training.
